Breaking: In conjunction with Newbury Pride we have responded to the local MP's sadly disappointing response to the government's double U-tunr on the Conversion Therapy ban and the exclusion of trans people from the ban - see here

Who We Are

Nestled in the heart of the Thames Valley, Newbury and Thatcham are a pair of thriving co-joined market towns with a healthy population and a vibrant social life.  There are many fine restaurants, pubs and coffee shops around the two towns providing many opportunities to meet with friends in a convivial atmosphere.  And, perhaps, just as important there are lots of opportunities to shop.

Newbury also has a brand new Pride organisation that is raring to go once the current pandemic is over.

Until recently there was no support group for transgender individuals in this area and we had to travel some distance to find suitable groups and, therefore, we set up this group to help out our sisters, brothers, families and friends with friendship, help and advice either in person (if permitted) or virtually either through social media or video calls which are usually well patronised and open to almost any subject, even, if you must, football.

We are inclusive and supportive and accepting of anyone who identifies as trans - we also understand that there are as many classifications of trans as people who identify as such.  If you are interested then please explore the information on these pages and feel free to contact us if you wish.
