Female to Male (FTM)

Not as visible in the media, but there are believed to be just as many male to female as there are female to male transgender individuals

Usually referred to as trans-men, transmen or transgender men, these terms are preferred to the out-dated transsexual men as being more inclusive of all levels of identity and preference for presentation which depends on their level of dysphoria.
